Giving Tuesday Now: How we're giving back

Updated: May 22

#GivingTuesdayNow is a new global day of giving and unity that will take place on May 5, 2020 – in addition to the regularly scheduled Dec 1, 2020 #GivingTuesday – as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. This Giving Tuesday, we want to give thanks to everyone on the frontlines and to all humans who help others in this time of unprecedented change. We are a community of artists, innovators, empaths, and subject matter experts who believe in the power of story to change lives for the better. For this reason, we've launched DfV Thinks: COVID-19. This is the first in a series centered around global health issues that touch us all. Below, you'll find a sneak peek of an upcoming clip for DfV Thinks: COVID-19 asking us to remember the greater good. We are with you, today and everyday. Be GOOD to each other. Stacy Dove Director of Community Engagement

We've created an ever-evolving list of resources for kids and parents that provides links to mental and physical health resources, educational tools, family activities, and more. We also invite you to draw along with us each week as we teach kids important principles like social distancing, how germs are spread, and why it's important to stay home. You can also find all of our DfV Thinks: COVID-19 clips on our social media channels (@drawnfromvalor) and YouTube, as well as on our blog and website.
